approach

1. Job intake 360° + culture
In a personal meeting, we discuss the role in depth to gain a clear and complete understanding of the position. We explore the specific expectations and responsibilities. At the same time, we take a close look at the company culture and core values to ensure a strong and lasting match.
2. Direct Search
Next, we create a job profile which is then discussed. Based on this profile, we start the Direct Search. Our Research Consultants conduct a professional and discreet search process to find the best suitable candidates in the market.
3. File Search
In parallel, we conduct a File Search. We search our exclusive candidate database for the most suitable profiles, whom we approach personally. This allows us to make optimal use of our ever-expanding network.
4. Web Search
We actively use a variety of online tools, including LinkedIn, our website, email campaigns, and several niche recruitment platforms – all in close coordination with you.
5. Shortlist
All candidates are assessed by our consultants, thoroughly screened, and – if suitable – interviewed. Based on these interviews, we present a shortlist of typically 3 to 5 top candidates.
6. Interviews
In consultation, we determine which candidates will be invited for interviews. Our consultants stay closely involved throughout the process, supporting both client and candidate where needed.
7. Start & Onboarding
The selected candidate joins your organisation. To ensure a smooth and successful start, we remain involved during onboarding and provide support for a solid integration into the team and company culture.
