process

1. Review of your application

Once we have received your CV, one of our Consultants will carefully assess whether your profile matches the position. If we see potential, we will contact you promptly for an initial introduction – by phone, via Teams or at our office.

2. Introductory meeting

During this introductory meeting, we will delve deeper into your experience, ambitions and preferences. Naturally, we will also share all the details about the position, the organisation and the next steps in the process.

3. Introduction to the client

Based on the conversation, our Consultant will compile a shortlist of candidates who are a good fit for the position and organisation. If you are part of this shortlist, we will introduce you to the client.

4. Meetings with the client

The client, together with our Consultant, decides which candidates they will invite for interviews. Often, this involves one or more meetings. In some cases, an assessment is also part of the process.

5. Guidance and completion

Throughout the entire process, we maintain close contact and support you at every step – from interview preparation to contract negotiations.
