Who are we looking for? Highly educated professionals with a background in technology or industry. These professionals are ready to take the next step in their careers at the management and director level in one of these sectors. We mediate for both permanent and interim positions, nationally and internationally.
After you have registered and have studied your information, we include you in our file. With an opening alert, we then keep you informed about openings that connect with your profile. Interested in one of the openings from an e-mail? With a few clicks of the mouse, you can indicate this to us.
If we see you filling that position, then we will have a first interview with you (and a number of other candidates) in consultation with the client. Here we test for soft criteria, in addition to the hard ones. On the basis of this first interview, we determine whether we will introduce you to the client for a second interview. After the successful completion of a procedure – after three months – an official review is done with the candidate.
