I am Quirine Lisman, and I have always had a strong interest in the intersection of technology and people.
After earning my MSc in Chemical Engineering from TU Delft and a PhD in Cell Biology, I began my career in industry. At DSM, I held various commercial and leadership roles, including managing a large R&D department. It is precisely in that combination of technical depth and human interaction that I found my strength.
The move into recruitment was therefore a natural next step. As Managing Director at Balance Consultancy Group in Curaçao, I enjoyed guiding professionals to new challenges.
Since returning to the Netherlands, I have been applying that experience at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn. I focus on sectors where I feel at home content-wise and help organisations find the right executive and C-level candidates.
