2. Pre-selection
We approach interim professionals from our network who match the outlined profile. Based on experience, availability and motivation, we make an initial selection. Only the most suitable candidates are put forward.
3. Candidate screening
All proposed candidates are thoroughly screened in terms of expertise, personality and cultural fit. We conduct in-depth interviews, reference checks and, if necessary, additional verifications. This guarantees quality and continuity.
4. Candidate presentation
We present a concise selection of carefully screened Interim Managers who meet the profile and match the assignment. For each candidate, we provide a clear overview of their background, expertise and motivation.
5. Client interviews
Introductory interviews take place between the client and the selected candidates. We actively guide this process, align where needed, and advise on the best possible match.
6. Interim manager starts
