On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. This law will be further refined in the coming years. Currently, there are no accredited organizations, nor a fixed standard on which GDPR certification can be carried out.

Check-Privacy assists companies in practically meeting the requirements of the GDPR. It does this by providing knowledge, advice, and support. The actual compliance with the GDPR is the responsibility of the companies themselves.
