My name is Tim Damen, and I work as an Office Assistant | Young Talent at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn. I am currently studying Business Management in Utrecht. As part of this programme, I completed an internship at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn, where over fifteen weeks I gained a thorough understanding of the company and learned a great deal about our organisation’s various processes and services. It was an educational and enjoyable experience.
After my internship, I was offered the opportunity to continue working part-time, a chance I gladly accepted. In my role, I support the team where needed and focus on internal processes and organisational tasks. I enjoy bringing structure, maintaining oversight, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the office.
Outside of work and study, I like to stay active. I have played hockey my whole life at MHC Leusden, where I am part of the Men’s 1 team. I also spend time in the gym regularly and enjoy golfing with friends.
