On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. In the coming years, this legislation will continue to be refined. At present, there are no accredited organisations, nor a fixed standard on which GDPR certification can be formally based.

Check-Privacy helps companies comply with the requirements of the GDPR in a practical way, providing knowledge, advice and support. However, actual compliance with the GDPR remains the responsibility of the companies themselves.

Check-Privacy declares that, based on the implemented policies, measures and documentation, Van de Groep & Olsthoorn complies with the GDPR according to the current state of affairs and its interpretation.
