The longest day of the year is approaching, the moment when we, as a team, raise a glass of ros\u00e9 in celebration. A small ritual, now a cherished tradition, to pause and reflect on what\u2019s behind us and look ahead to what\u2019s coming. This year, we do so with extra energy, inspired by the momentum we see in organisations and leadership, as well as the changes that technology and AI are quietly accelerating. <\/p>\n

A fresh start<\/strong>
\nJust like our summery ros\u00e9, the first half of 2025 has been all about freshness and renewal for us. We began the year with a clear ambition: to keep growing, both as professionals and as an organisation. <\/p>\n

We believe in continuous renewal, as professionals, as an organisation, and in the impact we create. With fresh energy, smart technology, and strong relationships, we are purposefully building sustainable progress. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We launched a completely revamped website, introduced a fresh corporate identity, and expanded our services towards the food sector. With the arrival of Hans Hilbrands <\/a>and Jakob Jan Verbraak<\/a>, two highly experienced consultants from this sector, we have strengthened our capabilities and can now support a broader range of clients with complex challenges in executive search and interim management. <\/p>\n

Leadership in motion<\/strong>
\nWe see agility as a crucial trait for leaders today. Organisations are increasingly seeking people who not only provide direction for long-term changes such as sustainability and digitalisation, but who can also respond quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges and opportunities. <\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s geopolitical tensions, shifting trade relations, or economic shocks, leaders must constantly anticipate what lies ahead. Plans are important, but the real strength lies in the flexibility to adapt them in time. <\/p>\n

Leadership today requires both direction and space: direction for the long term, and room to respond flexibly to whatever tomorrow brings. Agility is no longer a luxury but a necessity for staying relevant. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In this rapidly changing landscape, there is a growing recognition that broad perspectives are essential for resilient leadership. Greater attention is being given to diversity in teams and ways of thinking. Different backgrounds and experiences provide valuable insights and strengthen decision-making. However, true diversity doesn\u2019t happen by itself; it requires a willingness to look beyond the familiar and search further than the usual profiles. We are happy to support this by focusing sharply on potential and creating space for new viewpoints. <\/p>\n

New generation, different expectations<\/strong>
\nWe also see clear shifts among candidates. Managers and directors are increasingly mindful of the bigger picture: What does an organisation stand for? How does it approach sustainability, people, and impact? <\/p>\n

For many of them, this has become just as important as the role itself. This requires organisations to clearly and credibly communicate their story, and for us to convey that story effectively. That\u2019s how a match is made that fits both in terms of substance and conviction.
\nContinuing to innovate, continuing to connect<\/strong>
\nAt the same time, we look ahead: how can we use technology to make our work smarter and faster? We are actively exploring how AI can support us in searching, selecting, and analysing\u2014not as a replacement for our expertise, but as an enhancement. <\/p>\n

Because, ultimately, making the best match is still a human endeavour. It requires insight, care, and trust, exactly what we focus on every day. <\/p>\n

Looking ahead to the second half of 2025<\/strong>
\nWe\u2019re proud of what we have achieved in the first half of the year, together with our clients and candidates. The trust we receive motivates us to keep making a difference\u2014through expertise and dedication. <\/p>\n

Summer is a time for reflection and renewed energy for us. We look forward to continuing to build strong relationships and create lasting impact in the second half of the year. <\/p>\n
