My name is Michiel Mulder, and I\u2019ve been working at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn since 2022 as an Executive Research Consultant. In this role, I focus on connecting candidates and clients at management and executive level. <\/p>\n
I studied Communication in Utrecht, where I also spent my student years. I began my career in banking, where I worked for over eight years before making the switch to recruitment in 2015. Since then, I\u2019ve worked both agency-side and client-side, in permanent and interim roles. Driven by a passion for people and results, a strong interest in what motivates individuals, and a love of meaningful conversations, I get great satisfaction from helping candidates take the next step in their careers. <\/p>\n
I\u2019m married and a proud father of a daughter and a son. I was born and raised in North Brabant, and although I\u2019ve lived in the northern part of the Netherlands for over 25 years, I still carry the love for good food and the Burgundian lifestyle with me.
