SEARCH METHODS

Finding Excellence; to find the right candidates, we use File Search, Direct Search and Web Search. Thanks to our extensive file of candidates, we can limit ourselves to File Search in most cases. When the right candidate cannot be found in our database, we use Direct Search: With our extensive network we are also able to approach many specific candidates who are not included in our database to find out if they are interested in the position. In addition, we have a great deal of experience with Web Search: via various websites we can reach millions of national and international candidates within a short period of time.
